Fire & 5th was created by Dublin founders Mary and Aonghus Maguire with a clear ambition: to build a non-alcoholic spirit that doesn't imitate but stands entirely on its own. It's one of the most distinctive entries in the no and low alcohol category, built around flavour and sensation rather than mimicry.
Rhubarb & Grapefruit is the sharpest, most aperitif-forward expression in the range. Rhubarb brings the tart, tangy backbone, grapefruit adds bold citrus bitterness, and gentian root, a classic bitter used in traditional European aperitifs, provides the complex, balancing depth. Chamomile softens the edges, ginger adds warmth and lift, and pomegranate molasses and honey bring a rich, rounded sweetness that keeps everything in check. It's vegan, gluten free, and free from artificial flavours, sweeteners, or colourings.
Just add soda water: for the perfect drink at home, simply pour 35ml of Fire & 5th Rhubarb & Grapefruit over ice in a lowball glass and top up with a premium soda water. Garnish with a grapefruit slice. Each bottle makes up to 20 drinks.
