First Creek Wines is a family owned and operated winery located in the Hunter Valley, New South Wales. The cooling influence from the Pacific Ocean, helps to temper the heat of the valley, resulting in ideal conditions for growing exquisite quality grapes. This is a classic example of a Hunter Shiraz, with plenty of vibrant red fruit notes.Tasting Note
