Gábia Vinho Verde is made by the family-owned Casa Ermelinda Freitas winery in the northern Portuguese wine region of Vinho Verde. The name means green wine, but translates as young wine. The vineyards are influenced by the nearby Atlantic ocean, with cooling breezes moderating the summer temperatures. Gábia Vinho Verde Classico has notes of ripe peach framed by a refreshing citrus note and the typical slight spritz of Vinho Verde notes of Vinho Verde on the finish
