Crafted by O’Briens Wine Master Of Wine Lynne Coyle and Sonia Costa of Bodega Lagar de Costa, this Irish/Spanish collaboration just gets better with each vintage. The hand-picked fruit from 50-yr-old plus vines was aged on lees in a single concrete egg for eight months, bringing extra complexity and depth. A lovely textured white, with green fruit notes, a hint of white peach and lovely, lingering salinity. Enjoy with: Seared scallops.

Orders are normally delivered within 1-2 working days, (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) of you placing the order.

O'Briens Wine Director Lynne Coyle Master of Wine first discovered her passion for wine whilst working in Tuscany in her early twenties. One of only 422 Masters of Wine globally, today Lynne makes her own wines in Spain. Unique vineyards, growing local grapes and an Atlantic Ocean climatic influence are her speciality, and she makes two such wines in collaboration with a family-run winery.
