From third-generation winemakers who harvest the Verdejo grapes at night to capture its aromatic potential (yellow apple, honeydew melon, chamomile, honeysuckle and meadows), this is medium-bodied and silky but singing with acidity and real intensity of flavours (roast pineapple and fennel), finishing with a slightly petrichor (stones after rain) quality. A versatile food pairing, from seafood to richer poultry dishes, and a fruity, crisp and friendly alternative to Sauvignon Blanc or Albariño.
