Description
Langlois-Château are owned by top Champagne house Bollinger and they pay as much attentive care to their Loire wines as their prestigious Champagne range.The grapes from the old vine Chenin Blanc vines are fermented in old oak barrels and aged on the lees for 9 months, giving a wine packed with honey and nut aromas and flavours, as well as a rich textured mouthfeel. Wonderful balancing acidity lends this a mouth-watering freshness. A long, silky finish rounds out this fantastic wine.
A real enthusiasts wine that should be decanted for an hour before serving.

Stunningly delicious this 100% Chenin Blanc wine from the Loire is complex, multi-layered, honeyed but dry, seasoned with just enough toasty oak. If this were a white Burgundy it would be twice, maybe three times the price. Sole with brown butter and some crisped capers, please!

Langlois-Château was founde din 1885 on some of the finest terroir in the Loire Valley. In 1973 the Bollinger Champagne House bought the estate and today farms 89 hectares across the Saumur, Saumur-Champigny and Sancerre Appellations.
