• Domaine Begude Etoile (white wine) - Domaine Begude is an organic family estate in Languedoc’s Limoux region and this organic Chardonnay is a stunner that can stand up against any premium white Burgundy. Barrel-fermented, it has gorgeous conference pear, red apple and almond aromas. A wonderful creamy texture before the long, preserved lemon finish.


• Château de Jau Grand Vin du Roussillon (red wine) - Château de Jau’s Dauré family creates wines that are fresh and accessible both in terms of flavour and price. The vineyards are certified organic, and this classic Languedoc red is a fine testament to the quality wines the estate offers. A fleshy, well-structured red from the warm soils of the Roussillon area, notes of spice, liquorice and cloves with powerful black fruits, a hint of pepper and wild thyme and rosemary notes nuances.


• Domaine de L'Ostal Grand Vin (red wine) - Domaine L’Ostal is owned by renowned Bordeaux estate Chateau Lynch-Bages so it's no surprise that this is a stunning example of top Minervois. A silky, Syrah-led blend, intense with ripe bramble and dark cherry fruit, enhanced by a herbal ‘garrigue’ edge and layered with hints of black pepper, oak spice and seductive roasted notes, finishing long and sumptuous.
