Touraine Sauvignon Blanc offers a great value alternative to Sancerre and Le Grand Cerf Blanc is a perfect example. It’s made by Oisly et Thésée, a group of sustainably minded growers whose vineyards are mainly planted with Sauvignon Blanc on clay and flinty limestone soils. This one is wonderfully aromatic with notes of blackcurrant leaf and citrus and a fresh palate. It makes a perfect match for seafood or fresh salads.Tasting Note
