Leyda's Cahuil Pinot Noir comes from the single “El Maitén” vineyard in the Leyda Valley, just 12km from the Pacific Ocean. This closeness to the sea makes it an ideal location for growing Pinot Noir, with the cooling sea breezes allowing for a long ripening season that helps to develop the flavour profile and retain a refreshing acidity in the grapes. The result is fresh, lively wines like this one, which has a beautiful balance of fruit and spice notes.Tasting Note
Elegant with aromas of ripe red cherries, raspberries and sweet spice. The palate achieves balance between vibrant red fruit flavours, structure of the sweet ripe tannins and freshness of the natural acidity.Product Reviews
