Description

Cuvée René Gueuze is a traditional Belgian lambic blend from Lindemans, brewed in Vlezenbeek. Funky, tart, and deeply complex, it’s made by blending young and aged lambics and refermenting in bottle. Naturally carbonated and full of character, it’s ideal with sharp aged cheeses. Serve chilled in a stemmed glass to highlight its sparkle and wild aromas.

Tasting Note

Fruity aromas; bruised green apple & lemon, light sourness, muskiness & light vinegar. Full bodied, moderate carbonation and a slick texture. Balanced sweetness & sourness with flavours of gooseberry, pears, melon, slightly vinous with hints of ‘barnyard’ funk. Crisp, dry and tart finish.
