Description

Louis Raynald is a partnership between Raynald Stam and Louis Jacquemont who source grapes from multiple origins across the appellation to build real complexity, rather than rely on a single parcel. Their Mâcon-Villages is a classic Chardonnay from the southern end of Burgundy where the warmer climate gives a richer more rounded style. It is one of the most adaptable of wines, you can enjoy it as an aperitif or try pairing it with a creamy risotto.

Tasting Note

This Macon shows aromas & flavours that are refined and expressive, offering white flowers (hawthorn, acacia), white-fleshed fruits (peach, pear, citrus), and subtle mineral nuances. The palate is fresh, well-balanced, and a full with a satisfying, persistent finish.
