From world-renowned 6th generation winery, Gonzalez Byass (producers of the iconic Tio Pepe) this is a top quality cream-style sherry. Complex and mature, it spends an average of 30 years in American oak casks. One of the sherry enthusiasts, it’s also outstanding when enjoyed with desserts and cheese boards.

Tasting Note

A blend of Palomino Fino and Pedro Ximenez, this cream-style Sherry has profound roasted aromas of fig, cocoa and walnut from an average of 30 years ageing in solera. The complex palate is smooth and velvety with additional notes of sandalwood, clove spice and leather on the very long finish. A must-try for lovers of cream Sherry!
