Mr Fox Irish Whiskey offers an 8-Year-Old expression finished in sherry casks. The brand was created by Anthony Smith and Wayne Devlin, who have backgrounds in Michelin-starred dining, whiskey craftsmanship and world-class hospitality. The whiskey begins its maturation in ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in Oloroso and Pedro Ximenex sherry casks to develop its own distinct character. The 10cl can is a convenient size and a new way to enjoy premium whiskey.

Tasting Note

Nose: Soft spices, vanilla, and coconut lead the way, followed by dried fruits like raisins, figs, and dates. Palate: Creamy and indulgent, featuring butterscotch and praline ice oream, complemented by a gentle warmth of spice. Finish: Balanced and complex, with toasted nuts, dried fruits, and a lingering touch of warming oak spice.
