Mr Fox Irish Whiskey was created by Anthony Smith and Wayne Devlin, who have backgrounds in Michelin-starred dining, whiskey craftsmanship and world-class hospitality. This blended whiskey is maturated in ex-bourbon barrels. The 10cl can is a convenient size and a new way to enjoy premium whiskey. Serve neat, with ice, or mixed into classic Irish whiskey cocktails.

Tasting Note

Nose: Oak and caramel are at the forefront, elevated by floral notes and red fruits. Palate: Smooth toffee and spice take the lead, enriched by cherries and raisin, adding depth and complexity. Finish: clean and medium-length, with oak spice and red wine tannins leaving a warm, fruit echo, Balanced and memorable.
