Here, they’ve given a classic style a modern twist, with the addition of Cabernet Sauvignon giving richness and structure to the usual pairing of Corvina and Corvinone. The result is a beautiful, rich organic wine that’s a real winner.

Tasting Note

Made in the local 'apassimento' style from semi-dried grapes, this wine is intense & rich with striking red cherry and plum fruit character, along with spicy overtones, wrapped in a velvety-smooth mouthfeel.
