Description

The No. 209 story began in 1882 when William Scheffler established a distillery in St. Helena in the Napa Valley. It was the 209th distillery permitted in the United States, which is where the name comes from. The distillery was revived and today operates on Pier 50 in San Francisco, the only distillery in the world built over water.

Tasting Note

Spicy citrus, gentle juniper and floral notes on the nose. Flavour leans towards citrus with lemon and bergamot orange over, spicy coriander, cardamom and cassia on the finish.
