Description

The fruit for this Novas Gran Reserva Syrah-Mourvèdre blend comes from organically farmed vineyards in Chile’s Cachapoal Valley, south of Santiago. Rich and robust, it’s full of fresh fruit like cassis and blackberry along with hints of violet, sweet spice and a lovely balanced acidity.

Tasting Note

On the nose, aromas of fresh fruit like cassis and blackberry, together with hints of violet, with sweet spice. On the palate the wine has a concentrated structure balanced by acidity that delivers a long finish.
