Paulaner Weissbier follows the traditions developed by Paulaner monks in Munich, using a protected yeast strain that has defined the brewery's wheat beer character for generations. The beer combines malted wheat and barley in classic Bavarian proportions, with the distinctive yeast producing the signature banana and clove aromas during fermentation.
Serve chilled at 6-8°C in a traditional wheat beer glass, pouring carefully to control the strong head of foam.
No minimum order and if you spend €100 or more we'll deliver your order for free anywhere in Ireland.
Orders are normally delivered within 1-2 working days, (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) of you placing the order.
