Description

The Donaldson family’s vineyard enjoys with warm days and cooler nights, which extends the ripening period of the grapes while keeping good natural acidity. The result is beautifully balanced wines such as this one - it’s full of citrus and stone fruit flavours and also has a lovely richness along with that natural acidity.

Tasting Note

This Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon blend has aromas of orange blossom, lime, gooseberry and passionfruit. There is also a hint of struck match complexity arising from skin contact during fermentation. The Semillon component helps fill out the palate.
