Description

A delightful Champagne from sixth generation Champagne house, Pol Roger. It’s made from the traditional house vintage blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, taken from 20 Grand and Premier crus vineyards in the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs. This elegantly rich Champagne makes a wonderful food partner, particularly chicken dishes.

Tasting Note

There are some primary aromas here, lemon freshness and even a little touch of honey. And some exotic fruits. A very composed palate, with good substance, acidity and a fresh mousse.
