Discover the Second Edition of Roe & Co Solera Single Malt Irish Whiskey, crafted using the solera method. This unique fractional finishing process combines a range of ages and cask types, including the first-ever casks from Roe & Co Distillery.These join refill and first fill American Oak ex-Bourbon barrels, Alligator charred American oak barrels, Chestnut barrels with custom toasting profiles, and Sherry casks to create a diverse wood profile. Proudly distilled by head distiller Lora Hemy.

Tasting Note

Maple syrup and caramel, with complex notes of roasted walnut, truffle, wood spice, and dried fruits.
