Roe & Co Solera Single Malt No.1 is an innovative Irish whiskey made in small batches and matured using a Solera-inspired process. As per the Solera method, a series of refill and first fill American Oak ex Bourbon barrels, Alligator charred American oak barrels, Chestnut barrels with custom toasting profiles, and Sherry casks were used to create a diverse wood profile.
