Sarti Rosa takes its name from the Distilleria Sarti, founded in Bologna in 1885, one of Italy's longest-established spirits producers. The aperitif is built around the sweet citrus of Sicilian blood oranges, with more exotic notes of mango and passion fruit.
The classic way to drink it is as a Sarti Spritz: two parts Sarti Rosa, three parts Prosecco, and one part sparkling water over ice. It also works well over ice with soda and a wedge of fresh lime for a lighter, longer drink.
No minimum order and if you spend €100 or more we'll deliver your order for free anywhere in Ireland.
Orders are normally delivered within 1-2 working days, (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) of you placing the order.
