Description
Located in Calistoga, California, the Davies family bought the Schramsberg estate in 1965 with the aim of producing world-class sparkling wines. This 100% Chardonnay is produced in the Traditional Method and 25% of the base wine is fermented in oak to give a full and rich palate weight. A world-class Blanc de Blancs that offers a very good alternative to many of the Champagne houses.Tasting Note
It has a delicious mix of ripe apple and stone fruit notes with a wonderful toasty undertone on the long crisp finish.Product Reviews
