Description
Domaine Seguin-Manuel is an historic boutique estate in the heart of Burgundy. Tenth generation winemaker Thibaud Marion acquired the estate in 2004 and converted all the estate's vineyards to organic viticulture. The Beaune Champimonts 1er Cru’s 35-year-old vines are grown on a chalk, clay, and stone soil. After hand harvesting and cellar selection, this elegant Pinot Noir is aged in French oak casks. Domaine Seguin-Manuel Beaune Champimonts 1er Cru has powerful aromas of red berries, cherry, and raspberry, enhanced by toasted and spicy nuances. Well-balanced, it is powerful and full-bodied with concentrated aromas of fruit and liquorice and ripe tannins give the wine a velvety texture.
