This is white Burgundy at its exquisite best from a boutique family owned and run winery. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak to add a rich, toasty complexity without overpowering the beautifully balanced orchard fruit flavours. Great on its own it also works very well with soft cheeses.Tasting Note
Seguin Manuel Montagny shows great intensity of ripe apple, pear and a nutty complexity on the nose from the oak fermentation, the palate is well-balanced and appealing. 12 months in oak barrel adds a rich complexity to this elegant Burgundy without overpowering it.Product Reviews
