Description

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is the beer that launched a revolution. This classic American Pale Ale from California helped define craft beer, with its bold use of whole-cone Cascade hops. It’s full-bodied yet drinkable, with a punch of pine and grapefruit. Still brewed to the same recipe since 1980, it pairs brilliantly with sharp cheddar or a proper burger hot off the grill.

Tasting Note

Fragrant aromas of citrus, grapefruit and pine pip. Flavour follows from the nose adding some malt and spicy dry hop notes. Bitterness subsides for a long smooth finish.
