All the grapes for this classy wine come from the Napa Valley of California. Crafted mainly from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, with other Bordeaux varieties rounding out the palate, before 24 months ageing in American oak.On the palate it has abundant blackberry and blackcurrant fruit flavours complemented by sweet baking spice and tobacco leaf notes, silky tannins and perfectly balanced acidity. A truly wonderful Napa Cab.With careful cellaring this will continue to gain complexity for many years.Product Reviews

Silver Oak was founded in 1972 by two friends, Raymond Twomey-Duncan and Justin Meyer. The estate is still in the Duncan family’s hands and now farms over 160 hectares of vineyards in California.
