Description

Stonewell has been crafting premium cider in Cork since 2010, using apples from Irish orchards. Stonewell Sting combines their classic dry cider with the juice of a native botanical to create something more complex & interesting than standard fruit ciders. Stonewell has won numerous medals for its ciders.

Tasting Note

Light, crisp and refreshing cider with hints of cut grass and summer meadows. The fruit used in this cider are dessert apples from County Armagh. A smidgeon of fresh juice from a native botanical is blended in at the end of production giving Sting extra depth.
