Strawberry Daiquiri Cocktail Set
Description
The Daiquiri originated in Cuba at the start of the 20th century and was popularised in USA during World War II, when rum cocktails became fashionable. This variation is refreshingly satisfying, with the sweet strawberry purée balancing the tart lime juice. Served with crushed ice, this is the perfect cocktail for a warm evening drink.This cocktail set contains:
1x 70cl Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum
1x 70cl Mixer Strawberry Purée
1x 70cl Mixer Lime Juice
Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri Cocktail Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 50ml Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum
- 35ml Mixer Strawberry Purée
- 25ml Mixer Lime Juice
- 12.5ml Simple Sugar Syrup
- 100g Ice
Method:
Add all the ingredients to a blender or food procesor and pulse until the ice is crushed but not so much that it starts to melt.
Serve in a Martini glass that has been chilled in the freezer for 30 mins.
