The Chardonnay grapes for this wine come from the Santa Lucia Highlands AVA in Monterey California, where the warm days help develop ripe tropical fruit flavours, while cooler nights help retain freshness and acidity. It's a bright, rich wine with aromas of vanilla and brioche and notes of tropical fruits and sweet spice before a clean, fresh finish.Tasting Note
Aromas of vanilla and brioche from the light touch of oak and lees ageing. The luscious palate is layered with tropical fruit flavours- pineapple, pear and tangerine - as well as a sweet spice from the oak. The finish offers clean, rounded acidity and a hint of chalky minerality.Product Reviews
