This Single Pot Still Whiskey is the second release in the Wonders of Wood series, 50% malted barley and 50% unmalted barley, triple distilled, then fully matured in virgin Portuguese oak casks. Portuguese oak has a higher tannin content than the oak usually used in Whiskey production, giving this Whiskey a distinctive savoury marmalade flavour with hints of tobacco and pepper.Tasting Note
