Description

The Bridge is a series of limited single cask releases from Lough Ree Distillery, sourced and aged by the team while their own spirit matures. Each release is unique and bottled in small quantities.

Inchmore is a 22-year-old Single Malt from Cooley Distillery, matured for 16 years and 3 months in a first-fill bourbon cask, then finished for over six years in a 125L Oloroso sherry cask. Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered, with no added colour. Just 121 bottles were released. A powerful example of how long ageing builds depth and complexity in an Irish Single Malt.

Tasting Note

Nose: Figs, prunes, raisins, orange, butterscotch, tobacco. Taste: Rich dried fruits, demerara sugar, TK Red lemonade, leather, rolling tobacco. Finish: Long, spicy, mouthcoating, rich and fruity.
