The White Hag Festa Nuda 33cl Can

Ireland

Imperial Irish Coffee Stout
9%

Description

Festa Nuda is a collaboration between The White Hag in Sligo and Birrificio Lambrate in Milan. This imperial pastry stout is brewed to 9% ABV and aged for four months in Irish whiskey barrels, then layered with Peruvian Chingama coffee beans roasted by Carrow Coffee in Co. Sligo. The result is a luxurious dessert beer with warming whiskey character.

Serve slightly chilled in a snifter or tulip glass to allow the complex aromas to develop.

Pairs really well with chocolate desserts, dark chocolate truffles, tiramisu, sticky toffee pudding, or strong blue cheese.

Tasting Note

Jet black pour with a tan, creamy head. Aromas of sweet Irish whiskey, vanilla, and dark fruit followed by flavours of caramel, brown sugar, ripe plum, and smooth Chingama coffee.
