Description

To Øl is a Danish craft brewery with a reputation for experimental brewing across a wide range of styles. Their Lemon Radler applies the German tradition of blending lager with lemonade, keeping the base beer deliberately light to maximise refreshment. Real lemon juice (8%) is added for authentic lemon oil character on the nose, balanced with just enough sugar to achieve a clean sweet-sour taste. At only 2.5% ABV it is ideal for when something lighter is called for.

Tasting Note

This is a light lager blended with lemonade. We use a light beer recipe in order to make this highly refreshing, and then blend it with real lemon juice for that authentic lemon oil aroma and enough sugar to balance the sweet and sour.
