Description
With a nod to the Northern Rhône, Shiraz is co-fermented with a dash of Viognier to give texture and intense perfumed fruits. Dense cherry and blueberry fruit is perfectly interwoven with subtle nuances of white peach, spice and cinnamon. Full-bodied with great concentration whilst retaining soft, supple tannins this suave wine has impeccable balance. Although it can be enjoyed now, The Descendent benefits from patient cellaring.
