Rochefort 8 is a revered Belgian Trappist beer brewed within the Abbey of Notre-Dame de Saint-Rémy. First developed in the 1950s for New Year celebrations, it quickly earned its place as a permanent fixture. This dark strong ale delivers depth, warmth, and complexity without losing drinkability.

It’s a natural companion to beef stew or hard cheese, especially when served at cellar temperature.

An aromatic nose of fresh fruit, apples, plums. Herbal & spicy with leather & fig notes. Smooth caramel and milk chocolate. Balanced full, rich body.
