Endangered Species No. 61 is a collaboration between Wicklow Wolf and Open Hive for a beer that combines honey with a classic pilsner. The honey brings a gentle floral lift and soft sweetness that complements the beer’s delicate malt character.

Introducing Honey, I Shrunk the Pils - a crisp, clean, and floral pilsner brewed with a twist. Crafted with classic pilsner malt for a smooth, balanced body, this lager is infused with Spring Blossom Honey sourced directly from Wicklow Wolf's very own hives, managed by Open Hive.
