Tasting Note

Wicklow Wolfs latest collaboration, ’The Still Hand’ with Glendalough Distillery. A 13.1% Barleywine aged in ex Glendalough Double Barrel whiskey barrels. It pours deep mahogany with rich caramel, marmalade, dried fruits, warming sherry sweetness, smooth whiskey character, and toasted oak complexity.
