Wicklow Wolf’s Pacific Heights was inspired by the California Common beer style. California Common is a unique beer style that originated in the mid-19th century on the U.S. West Coast, especially around San Francisco. It’s uses lager yeasts but at a higher temperature to produce a hybrid style.

Tasting Note

Pacific Heights pours amber in colour, you can expect a bold yet balanced profile, with earthy, floral notes and a touch of spice and citrus fruits. A strong malt backbone provides subtle nutty and caramel sweetness, while the crisp, dry finish leaves you ready for another sip.
