Wildflower Merlot is an example of the great-value quality wine being made in Romania today. Romania has a long history of winemaking that is being reintroduced to the world by producers like Philip Cox and his wife Elizabeth. They are using modern methods in the vineyard and winery. Merlot thrives in the Viile Timisului region, where Romania's continental climate brings warm summers and cool nights, allowing the grape to ripen fully while retaining freshness.
Serve at room temperature or lightly chilled to around 16°C. Pour it on its own or alongside sausages and mash, cottage pie, or simple burgers.
No minimum order and if you spend €100 or more we'll deliver your order for free anywhere in Ireland.
Orders are normally delivered within 1-2 working days, (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) of you placing the order.
