Born of a collaboration between Co Carlow’s Walsh family and the Legaret family in Cognac, France, Writers' Tears Double Oak is a blend of premium single malt and single pot still Irish whiskeys matured in American oak bourbon barrels and French oak Cognac casks. The result is a smooth and elegant whiskey with more than a few awards to its name.Tasting Note
