A favourite among whiskey lovers, Yellow Spot is complex and sophisticated. It contains single pot still whiskey that has been matured for a full 12 year period in three oak cask types: American bourbon barrels, Spanish sherry butts and, uniquely, Spanish Malaga casks which bring an exotic sweet note to the whiskey.Tasting Note
Aromas of mown hay, red bell peppers and clove oil, with honey and peach from the Malaga casks. Coffee and milk chocolate flavours follow with notes of red apples and toasted oak and a sweet, complex finish.
