Description

Fresh, crisp and alcohol-free, this Spanish sparkler is made by Zeno, using fruit from Central Spain. Zeno was founded by two wine pros determined to raise the bar for non-alcoholic wines. They don’t take shortcuts and use advanced winemaking to gently remove the alcohol but not the flavour. Delicious on its own or as a sparkling accompaniment for canapes, seafood, lighter meat & salad dishes, cheeses and desserts

Tasting Note

A delightfully crisp attack with creamy bubbles and notes of crisp apple, elderflower and lemon zest, with hints of lemon thyme and brioche, on a long fresh finish.
