Description

The perfect white wine to get your mouth watering before a meal has to be a Fino sherry and this one from Tio Pepe, the biggest selling brand, is a fantastic option. It's a warming, sophisticated fortified wine to pour early in the evening and, once opened, it will last for about a week in the fridge before it loses its freshness.

Tasting Note

Straw yellow to pale gold in colour, with a sharp, delicate nose of almond and yeast. Bone dry and light on the palate, with an elegant bitterness and a long finish marked by almond notes. Serve well chilled.
