Bodegas del Medievo is a collaboration between four historic family-owned and run wineries, located by the Sierra de Yerga hills in La Rioja Oriental.
Four families of winegrowers, who have produced grapes for generations, started this project with the aim of making wines as their elders once did, with as little intervention as possible, but using modern techniques.
Their range includes a fresh Tempranillo and a complex organic Reserva. Careful oak ageing adds depth without overwhelming the fruit. Bodegas del Medievo aims to produce wines that are approachable yet serious. Their focus on quality, consistency, and value has made them a strong name within the region.
