The cost of Chablis has risen steeply over recent vintages, but this bottle represents great value for the classic taste of a bone-dry Chardonnay. A clear, pale straw yellow when poured, its has a bouquet of green apple, lemon zest and peach. The palate is medium-bodied and clean, with wonderfully refreshing acidity. It also has a lovely streak of minerality, along with notes of green apple and orchard fruits. Excellent length. Enjoy with: Shellfish, sushi.
