This classic Chablis comes from an historic family grower established in 1850. Made without oak influence, it’s wonderfully crisp with apple, lemon blossom and citrus along with a mineral note. A fantastic wine to pair with shellfish, sushi, salads and goat's cheese.

Tasting Note

Aromas and flavours of white blossom, green apple and lemon citrus, the palate is bright and refreshing with a hint of flinty mineral notes and a crisp finish.
