Domaine Chanson is one of the great Burgundy houses - founded in 1750, it’s now owned by Champagne Bollinger who have invested heavily in the vineyards and winery. The grapes for this wine come from one plot in the Montée de Tonnerre Premier Cru vineyard. With bright citrus and floral notes and a classic minerality, wines like this demonstrate just why Chablis is home to some of the best white wines in the world.Tasting Note
Pale gold in colour this wine has intense aromas of citrus fruit, bright floral fragrance and honeycomb. The beautifully balanced and textured palate finishes with a distinct saline mineral note and flashes of nutty sweetness.Product Reviews
