Think Pouilly-Fuissé and you get a good idea of what this refined Burgundy is like. From only a stone's throw away and on the same mineral rich soils as Pouilly-Fuissé, the vines here produce a rich, creamy,fruit driven Burgundy, but at a fraction of the price.
A top terroir translates into greater intensity than normal in the Maconnais with butterscotch fudge like richness, peach and a lemon fresh finish.

Domaine Chanson dates to 1750 and lies in the heart of Burgundy’s Beaune region. In 1999 the estate was sold to Champagne Bollinger and its 43 hectares are now managed by Vincent Avenel.
