Description

Château Lynch-Bages is one of the most iconic estates in Bordeaux, with a winemaking history dating back to the 17th century. The estate is named after Thomas Lynch, whose father emigrated from Galway in 1691 and the influential Cazes family have owned the estate since the mid-19th century.

This wine was produced in the Château’s new state-of-the-art winery that allows the team to get the most from the exceptional 2022 vintage. This is a beautifully balanced wine that will age gracefully for decades to come.

Tasting Note

The 2022 displays a rich aromatic palette of black and red fruits (blackcurrant, Morello cherry) topped by spicy notes and marked by impressively mature tannins as well as remarkable acidity.
